Cost reduction also involves reducing the number of components and processes necessary to manufacture the product.

To develop our 3D prototypes, we use:

    • SLA Stereolithography: a laser solidifies the liquid material contained in a tub inside the machine and processes the epoxy resins.
    • SLS Sintering: a laser solidifies the powdered material contained within the machine; the materials used are polyamide-based (PA or Nylon).
      • FDM Technology: extruders deposit the material layer by layer; extruders deposit the material layer by layer;the processed materials include: ABS, NYLON, PA ,PC, PC-ABS, PPSF, Ultem, PC-ISO.

      • Objet Technology: a series of heads spray the epoxy resin layer by layer; This is an especially fast technology.

      • DMLS Sintering: a process of solidification of metallic powder, contained inside the machine using a laser. The types of materials processed are several and include: stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, chrome-cobalt, etc.

      • Multi Jet Fusion: Voxel technology for producing functional thermoplastic materials with resolutions and surface finishes of a higher quality than that of any other SLS process. A laser beam melts the sintered powder with precision and care creating prototypes of large dimensions that are very resistant to wear and high temperatures and that are suitable for the prototyping of mechanical and thermal parts in the automotive industry, aerospace, etc.
